Hi, I’m Rebecca, a qualified Feminine Embodiment Coach & Psychotherapist and a professional member of the International Institute of Complimentary Therapists.

I have trained and worked in the worlds of yoga, music, dance, doula and various energetic & body oriented healing modalities. Prior to motherhood I held dance workshops and retreats in Australia and Bali. I now work with clients individually and in groups in NSW and online.

I am here to support you wherever you’re at on your life journey. The thread that is constant in the way I work is embodiment.

What makes embodiment so important is that innate wisdom lies within the body and only by being in and feeling the body do we have access to this.

It is here that we uncover and discover the natural genius of the body and the gems of our wisdom.

The body holds instinctive information that is far deeper than what we can conceive in our minds.

Engaging with embodiment practices helps us to access a deeper knowing that facilitates the body’s awakening.

It’s a very different approach than understanding something cognitively. Whilst understanding cognitively is important. Embodiment brings a whole new dimension to health & life.

This way of working with people has not really been valued or recognised in these modern day times until more recently. Fortunately science is catching up and more & more people are seeking embodied forms of therapy.

If you’d like to work with me please reach out.

I look forward to connecting with you.

Rebecca

Service Description

Sacred Circle ~ Emdodied Movement & Dance

The Sacred Circle is for women to come together and be guided in embodiment practices that nourish her soul. We journey with meditation, breath, movement, music and dance. This a space for women to feel deeply into her body, express freely from her heart and connect with her essence.

A class in embodied movement and dance invites participants into a slow, intuitive exploration of their inner and outer experience. It blends guided prompts with free-form movement so people can shift from “doing it right” to sensing, feeling, and responding from within.

What the class typically involves

  • Arrival and grounding — Gentle breathwork, body awareness, and simple settling practices help participants drop out of the thinking mind and into physical presence.
  • Guided somatic exploration — Slow, mindful movements invite curiosity about sensations, impulses, and emotions. The focus is on noticing rather than performing.
  • Free-flow movement and dance — Participants follow the body’s natural rhythms, allowing instinctive movement to emerge. This is where deeper wisdom, expression, and insight often surface.
  • Thematic prompts — Invitations such as “move from your centre,” “follow the breath,” or “let the body lead” help unlock new layers of awareness and embodied understanding.
  • Integration and reflection — The class closes with stillness, journaling, or quiet sharing to help anchor the insights that arose through movement.

What clients experience

  • A shift from cognitive understanding to felt understanding
  • A sense of awakening in the body’s natural intelligence
  • Increased clarity, emotional release, and inner connection
  • A deeper relationship with their own intuition and aliveness

This creates a space where movement becomes a pathway to wisdom, healing, and self-discovery.
