Amanda Ross is a Bachelor accredited Clinical Naturopath, with a primary focus on Family Health. Amanda has interests in Children’s Health, Peri/Menopausal Women, Neurodivergence and Alzheimer’s Disease prevention. With personal experience in these areas, she provides an empathic space, together with Naturopathic guidance, to achieve and maintain good health.
Amanda holds regular seminars and retreats. One for women, providing them with an understanding of the menopause transition, shedding light on how to thrive through perimenopause and into the later years.
She also holds seminars on Dementia and Alzheimer’s prevention, a must when this is now the leading cause of death for Australians.
Working with families across their lifespan, Amanda allows for each individual to share their story and walks hand in hand with them, navigating through their journey to health, together.

Perimenopause Seminar
A two‑hour perimenopause seminar where you will receive a clear, compassionate, and evidence‑informed understanding of what’s happening in youe body during this transition. It blends education, practical strategies, and supportive discussion so participants leave feeling informed, validated, and empowered.
Dementia and Alzheimer’s Prevention
This seminar offers a blend of science, holistic insight, and practical guidance. Participants walk away feeling informed, empowered, and more confident in their ability to protect their cognitive health. The tone is supportive and accessible, making complex information easy to understand while offering hope and clarity about what can be done now to reduce future risk.
