I teach full‑body, functional workouts that go far beyond just “exercise.” I’m all about helping you move well — with strong technique, great form, and a deep connection to your core and pelvic floor. In my small‑group classes, you get the perfect blend of strength, mobility, stability, and coordination, all delivered in a supportive space where you can challenge yourself safely and confidently. I welcome every age, every fitness level, and every body — including pre‑ and post‑natal participants with medical clearance — and I love creating an environment where you feel empowered, capable, and excited to move.

Flow & Function Group Exercise Classes

When you walk into my class, you step into a space that feels focused, supportive, and energising. I start by guiding everyone through a gentle warm‑up that wakes up the joints, activates the core, and gets your breath moving with your body. From the very beginning, I’m cueing form, alignment, and technique so you feel grounded and confident before we build intensity.

As we move into the main part of the session, I lead you through full‑body, functional exercises that challenge strength, mobility, stability, and coordination all at once. You’ll feel your muscles working in ways that translate directly into everyday life — lifting, bending, rotating, balancing, and moving with more ease. I offer variations for every fitness level, so whether you’re brand new, experienced, pre‑natal, post‑natal (with clearance), or somewhere in between, you always have an option that feels right for your body.

Throughout the class, I weave in core and pelvic‑floor awareness, helping you connect to deep stabilising muscles that support posture, strength, and long‑term wellbeing. You’ll hear clear, encouraging cues that help you refine your technique, build confidence, and get the most out of every movement.

We finish with a cool‑down that brings your nervous system back to calm — stretching, breathing, and integrating the work you’ve done so you leave feeling strong, centred, and uplifted.

My goal is for you to walk out feeling like you’ve worked hard in the best possible way: empowered, capable, and proud of what your body can do.
