Join Rachel on Friday mornings for a General Yoga class, followed by a Meditation & Mindfulness class.

Rachel is an experienced Yoga and Meditation/Mindfulness Teacher who has been running her own busy, successful yoga studios on the Tweed Coast for 10 years, offering students classical Yoga and Meditation classes for a deeply nurturing, insightful and supportive experience.

Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness will enable you to recover and transform your inner world to experience emotional resilience, mental clarity and peace of mind. By establishing and practicing the foundations of Yoga & Meditation in your life, you are able to break free from cycles of fear, anxiety, depression and the limiting patterns and responses that have previously kept you stuck and begin to live freely with deep self-love/acceptance, a clear and steady mind and abundant peaceful joy.

Her qualification as a Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant gives Rachel insight and understanding about the importance of diet, nutrition, sleep, pain, relationships, and whole system well-being.

Service Description

Meditation and Mindfulness and Yoga

Rachel draws directly from deep experience and knowledge to increase inner awareness and sets up the perfect conditions for the mind, emotions and body to begin to heal and synchronise as one functioning unit.

Encouraging the mind to let go of all the turbulence and chaos of repetitive thoughts and thinking. A vast ocean of space and peace can be reached where, with increased awareness, the buried, suppressed emotional remnants are allowed to rise to the surface and melt away.

Gently but directly alleviating and healing the symptoms of anxiety, depression and completely transforming the entire inner landscape to experience peacefulness, self-acceptance and joy.

Rachel uses the techniques of Concentration, Meditation & Mindfulness, specifically targeted yoga poses and breath-work to bring about your highest and deepest transformation.

Yoga Nidra – deepest most relaxed state of being, bringing consciousness to the body, mind and emotions, and sowing seeds deeply into the unconscious mind to bring about your deepest transformation and allowing you to reach your highest potential in all areas of your life.

FEES
1hr – $80 (Pensioners $70)
1.5hrs – $110 (Pensioners $100)

BLISS Packages

BLISS MASSAGE with foot restoration
Combine a 60 min body massage with foot treatment, including cleanse,
application of foot mask/restorative scrub, followed by a delicious foot
massage. 1 ½ Hours $120

BLISS MASSAGE with facial
Combine a 60 min body massage with a face and scalp massage,
including deep cleanse & tone to leave you feeling deeply blissed out.
1.5 Hours $120
